Great App but needs improvements

I love this App but there needs to be a way to set it so you can get Amber Alerts in various states/places. Also, there needs to be a sound or some way to know there is an Amber Alert without needing to open the App. Settings for these that you can customize would be great. Otherwise this is a great way to look up missing children/people by state although you have to scroll through.
